Hotline and Support

Our service agreements can be obtained in a variety of hourly contingents. If you want to benefit of this special service, we will inform you about the reasonably priced conditions. The contents of the service options are available for comparison in our Hotline Matrix.

Customers with Service Contingent can reach our support as follows:

Product Trainings

The course content will depend on the features of current product versions and individual requirements of the customer. The trainings are conducted by us in German or in English (on request).  

On-Site-Trainings
For general GoldMine training as well as for an advanced training course is a minimum of 4 participants required. For Admininstration-Trainings the minimum is 2 participants.

A training room, appropriate hardware (PC's) for practical exercises and Beamer have to be made available by the customer. If this is not possible, please inform us in advance. The cost per training consists of a flat rate per day and the number of participants.

The Training in our Training Center in Bruckmühl (southeast of Munich) can usually accommodate up to 10 participants. The necessary technical equipment (training notebooks, beamer, etc.) is already available.

Training for HEAT and GoldMine add-on products can also be offered on request.
